About Hanna

When I was younger, I often loved to imagine faraway lands where you could fly around or rule over a kingdom. Even today, I still imagine if I magically grew wings or gained powers, what would I do? If I can’t make it happen in real life, what better way to fulfill that fantasy than to turn it into an art piece? I love incorporating some fantastical elements and references to my latest obsessions into my work. Who doesn’t love sharing what makes them happy with others? Oftentimes, my friends and I will be talking about the latest events in our favorite anime or characters from our favorite games. Drawing inspiration from what’s around me and adding my own twist is what I strive for when I create.

My artist persona, HSkyArt, allows me to step outside of myself and create what I want. Using this persona has allowed me to let go of my everyday anxieties and stress. I hope to be able to create art that makes others happy or inspires them to express themselves. Watching them smile while looking at something I’ve made creates such a joyful, invigorating feeling that it motivates me to continue making art
